Arbitration dispute resolution services, based on the NAAA Arbitration Policy, protects buyers and sellers and help guarantee fair and ethical sales.
During the arbitration process, Deanco acts as an intermediary to investigate and resolve transaction disputes. Possible outcomes include sale price adjustment or sale cancellation.
- Service is subject to arbitration fee.
- Claims must be filed within the time periods defined by Appendix I of the NAAA Arbitration Policy.
- Arbitrations are handled by our mechanic. The seller/buyer has a right to an outside second opinion, an additional fee may be charged.
- Management has the final decision regarding any and all arbitrations.

Vehicles selling for $3,000 and under, with no Limited Guarantee announcement, are considered as-is. These vehicles are ONLY subject to arbitration for:
- Odometer issues (present and history)
- Title issues (present and history)
The Auction does not guarantee information listed in Electronic Data Vehicle Histories (CarFax, AutoCheck, etc) and may not arbitrate solely on EDVH data.
*Please note auction does not see a full AutoCheck report. Auction receives exception reports. If an item is not announced due to clerical error, the arbitration time frame under NAAA rules still apply.
Auction does not announce accidents, or "titled to insurance company".

- The Auction is open to Licensed Automobile Dealers ONLY! NO RETAIL CUSTOMERS! Violators may lose Auction Privileges.
- Dealers must register and be approved prior to participating in any auction In-Lane or Online. Payment type must be pre-approved by auction including use of a floor plan.
- All Dealers and Guests must be checked-in through the office and must wear a badge at all times.
- No children under the age of 16 years old allowed under any circumstances.
- Auction management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Buyer and Seller agree to hold Auction harmless from any and all litigation that may arise from transaction at Auction.
- All disclosures, guarantees and representations are that of the seller only. Auction makes no guarantees or representations expressed or implied.
- Auction will not be responsible for any vehicles left on Auction Property, including vehicles that are set outside for after hours pickup. Auction is not responsible for stolen items including but not limited to: Keys, Audio/Video equipment, Batteries, Etc.
- Any vehicles left on property are subject to a $25/ daily fee for the first 30 days and $50/daily thereafter. Any vehicle needing to be towed will be charged $75.
- Live Streaming/Recording of any kind is NOT PERMITTED!!

- All disclosures, guarantees and representations are that of the seller only. Auction makes no guarantees or representations expressed or implied.
- Auction will not be responsible for any vehicles left on Auction Property, including vehicles that are set outside for after hours pickup. Auction is not responsible for stolen items including but not limited to: Keys, Audio/Video equipment, Batteries, Etc.
- Any vehicles left on property are subject to a $10/ daily fee for the first 30 days and $25/daily thereafter. Any vehicle needing to be towed will be charged $35.
